INTERIOR FABRICATIONS INC

After picking up the misses chair I noticed that there were staples visible, a few with sharp ends sticking out. The fabric ends were not tucked in and were fraying, there was glue on the fabric and the reupholstery was lumpy. The chair cushion was made too small so when it was sat on it, the seat base was visible on both sides. There is a spring that is still sticking up. The wing chair had loose fabric and there was a small cut in the fabric on one side. My request for additional seat support was ignored. After voicing my concerns they made a pillow for the seat support then later took the chair seat apart and reinforced it. One of the carved feet had a chip out of it. It seemed that they didn't know how to do the antique settee set properly and asked me many times to check it. I wanted to use cord as the edging but the size they had in stock was too large, no mention was made to order smaller cord. The gimp ordered was a poor match so, they improvised with the same fabric.
