 + -1 moreThe day after Bachman's messed up my Valentine's Day order, I stopped by the Indulge & Bloom Excelsior Blvd store. Within minutes Tara had created the perfect arrangement of roses and I was happily on my way. Lesson learned: skip Bachman's for flowers and head directly to Indulge & Bloom. Thanks Tara!
