Jon was excellent to work with. He was very detail oriented. I'd had other contractors out to look at the pocket door and they just said they'd figure it out once the wall was exposed during a remodeling project. Jon spent quite a bit of time, got his flashlight out, looked into the crevice of the pocket door and saw there were screws in the door from a past remodeling project. He also examined the floor and found the floor had heaved and was too close to the bottom of the door. He fixed both issues. For the window sill others had said I'd need to replace all the trim around the window. He simply replaced the one piece. I'd hire him again in a minute.
