 + -1 moreWE HAD MANY QUOTES FROM $4000-$5000 FOR CLOSING FROM COMPANIES THAT WANTED US TO TAKE OUT A LINE OF CREDIT ON OUR HOUSE. IT WAS NICE TO HAVE ANGIE''S LIST TO HELP US DECIDE.
Description of Work: THEY REFINANCED OUR MORTGAGE. THE CLOSING COSTS WERE $3100 FOR REFINFANCING A $90,000 30 YEAR FIXED TO 6 WITH 0 POINTS PAID.

 + -1 moreI HAD CONCERNS ABOUT THIS WHOLE PROCESS BUT THEY WERE ELIMINATED QUICKLY AND ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED COMPLETELY. I ACTUALLY HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE GETTING A MORTGAGE. MY BANK WANTED TO CHARGE ME $3800 IN CLOSING COSTS FOR THE SAME MORTGAGE RATES AND TERMS I GOT FROM DEE FOR $2400.
Description of Work: I NEEDED A RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY MORTGAGE BROKER AND GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR FROM DEE. SHE HAD THE BEST PRICE I FOUND AND NOTHING WAS LOST BY USING A LOW COST MORTGAGE BROKER.
