I placed a windshield claim with my insurance agent. The agent recommended a couple of auto glass businesses, but said that he had personally used iDeal. Cost was not the highest priority for me since this was 100% covered by insurance. IDeal worked with me to find OEM glass, not cheap after market glass for my one year old car. The correct windshield was hard to find. The first one they got in was the right glass, but had the wrong mirror bracket. Apparently Audi uses different brackets depending on which options are on the car. They returned the next day with the corrent combination. They did the job in the parking lot of my office. I hung around and watched for a while. I had never seen this done before and I am an engineer with a car hobby. They were willing to talk me through what they were doing. They were very careful. When they were done the only evidence they had been there was same masking tape they told me to leave in place for a few hours until they glue set. I was impressed with the care they took with my car, and that they put up with me looking over their shoulder for about half of the job. All in all, from the time I called them to the time the job was done was about three days. I would use iDeal again.

promptly responded to call. They picked up the windshield and tried to do it in conjunction with work I was doing at a local garage. The windshield was the wrong type and they re-ordered the windshield. The supplier said they had one and Carl re-scheduled the install at my work. The warehouse did not have it and Carl kept me informed and worked to get the correct windshield as soon as possible. He got one two days later and made room in his schedule to install it at my worl. Throughout the process he kept me informed and worked with my schedule to make the situation right even though he was not responsible for the supplier issues.
