INEPT AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON. I THINK THE COMPANY CHANGED OWNERS AND THAT IN THE PROCESS, THERE WAS A LOT OF CONFUSION ABOUT OUR ACCOUNT. IT TOOK 4 OR 5 PHONE CALLS TO THE COMPANY TO CLARIFY THEIR ERROR.
