Ivan and his team did an OUTSTANDING job on our basement remodel!  Our experience with Ivan and his team were as a subcontractor for our basement remodel.  He and his team completed all framing as well as all the finish carpentry (door frames, bathroom cabinetry and all trim).  He is very polite, very easy to work with, did a good job listening, and had fantastic attention to detail. 
He did a great job of listening to what we needed and did his utmost to make it happen.  For example, we needed our ceiling framing to be AS CLOSE as POSSIBLE to our duct work to maximize our ceiling height.  When he was done, the framing was perfect and I don't think it would have been humanly possible to get it any closer to the duct, his measuring and execution were perfect.  We had a similar situation in our bathroom working around a waste pipe.  We wanted the framing to hug the pipe as much as possible, and again, I don't think it could have gotten any closer...fantastic attention to detail.
They seemed to get everything done very efficiently and they were very careful to clean up the site everyday.  They were also very patient with my dog who loves everyone, sometimes very boisterously.
 
I can't speak to pricing, as they were subcontractors for our project, but I would say that if you are looking for quality work, they are definitely worth talking to and getting an estimate.    He did such a great job I asked for his card and wanted to write a review of his work, credit for a job well done.  I would work with them again in an instant.  They did a fantastic job!

I was very satisfied with Ivan's work. He was always on time and was very polite. He cleaned everything each time he left at the end of the day, so there was no mess in my house even though it was under construction. He did all the work on time and did absolutely everything as I planned. I bought this home as a foreclosure and was actually thinking of fixing it and selling, but after Ivan completed remodeling I changed my mind and decided to keep it for our growing family !!!
