I did estimates with three other companies before I called Homebrella. Each of the other companies worked on high pressure sales and treated me like I didn’t understand what I needed. I truly believe it is because I am an older person. When I called Homebrella it was different from the first interaction on. The person on the phone was pleasant, cared about my needs and schedule, and made sure that I knew what the process would be. She gave me the name and description of the man coming to do the estimate for safety sake. The man doing the estimate was so kind, he took pictures and video to share with me, talked about different types of products and price, and made sure I felt good about each step. Their bid was very competitive (actually lower than two of the others) and even if it wasn’t I wouldn’t have hesitated to pay more to work them. They paid me respect and never made me feel like an old person. My new roof is beautiful, the work was impressive, the team was so friendly.

I choose Homebrella to replace the roof on my home. I was very nervous because I am a first time home owner and don’t know a lot about repair projects, I was also very concerned about the cost. My fears eased when I spoke to the the advisor and she set me up with an estimate. She made sure I had all the details and let me know who would be coming to work with me. Frank one of the owners came and did an estimate. He took a lot of pictures and videos on my roof so I was able to see the damage and what needed to be repaired, he took me through the process of what would happen next and helped me to pick which materials were best for my needs. Once started the team were all super nice guys and worked really fast. One thing that made me super happy was that they were dog friendly. They made sure to clean up super good so no paws were damaged and even told me to let them know if my dogs needed to get out and they would take a break to give the dogs their space. Highly recommend this team!
