John did a great job. John was a referral from a carpet installer. I've had my carpets cleaned before, but could never really tell if they were any cleaner afterward. However, this time I could tell a difference. Additionally, John called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the work. My wife and I noticed a couple of spots that simply didn't come up during the cleaning, so John came back to the house to address those two spots without charge. I did not know John prior to this cleaning, but he is incredibly professional, personable, and takes pride in his work. I'm glad to have finally found a high quality and reputable carpet cleaner.
