"The price the customer paid was the same price the last 275 clients paid, and my prices have not changed in 3 years. Clients would also say the price was good value for work done. I gave (Customer's name withheld per request) price quote over the phone and that is what he paid - no more. (Customer's name withheld per request)was not at home during the service call. He has no idea the effort and labor it took to complete the job. I had to undo all of the previous work which was done incorrectly before I could start. 1)The antenna was not assembled correctly. 2) He used the wrong size mast and had jerry-rigged it to the house and mounted it to a spot on the roof, which was difficult to make adjustments to. 3) cable line had 3 brakes and was run sloppily. I replaced three broken lines and ran one line neatly and hid it along the eaves of the roof. 4)There were other old wires coming from the roof (cable, telephone and satellite) which I removed and/or organized the wires for the run down the house. 5)(Customer's name withheld per request)did not have the antenna wire grounded when the original antenna was installed, which is a hazard for lightning strikes and fire. I grounded the wire according to code. 6) I ran wire in mechanical room which was not an easy area to work in. 7) TV remote was missing and TIVO did not have batteries so I used a universal remote to test antenna strength and the TIVO ended up being broke. I take pride in every job I do and did exceptional work on this job. Which is why I felt I needed to respond!"
