Don't let them into your house, unless you have plenty of time to waste. They do not come in, look at the project, and give you a bid. They have a lengthy scripted presentation. Although their product appears to be of value, your time is not of value. I work from home, and they were unfazed by the constant ringing of my phone and the pinging of my emails, they were intent on going through each step of their script. The scripted presentation asks you to repeatedly answer the same questions. A big portion is warning you about the evils of other contractors. Once I said I would need a day to think about it(almost 5 grand is a lot for a tub liner), the hard sell started. Their price was only good while they were in my house. Isn't that one of the warning signs of a questionable contractor(price only good for a very short time)? One of them was very aggressive-telling me the work HAD to be done, that I COULD NOT DO the other, cheaper options available. They repeatedly asked me why not, why not, why not. Also, while setting up the appointment and as they arrived at my house, I was asked four times about Mr Mitchell being present-guess they don't want to bother unless there is a man present to make a decision.
Description of Work: Set up an appointment to get a bid to have a tub liner installed.
