HOM FURNITURE

The bed was delivered on time and in good shape. They had the best selection of Tempurpedic mattress in town. The salesperson was friendly, not high pressure and offered helpful information. The bed is great and I love sleeping in it.

Our daughter slept on this mattress from December 2006, until she left for College in August of 2007. She weighs 105 lbs. While cleaning up her room after she left I noticed a complete indentation in the center of the bed where she had been sleeping for the previous 8 months. I decided to wait and see if it would pop back while she was gone. It has not. We found our paperwork, called HOM furniture, and they promptly sent out a man to check the indentation. He took photographs, and basically draped a cord across the mattress and put a 11/2 inch block in the indentation to measure how deep it was. HOM has decided that it does not meet the Serta specifications for replacement, or theirs. The customer service representative was very cordial, while she was telling me that a mattress is supposed to conform to your body! Call back if it gets worse, then they will replace it. If you measure with a straight edge the dent is 3".

Price and service were great. Sales person was helpful, delivery on time, and furniture has held up nicely and was an excellent buy.

Sales staff were patient as we asked questions and tested mattresses. Finance staff processed the paperwork quickly and were friendly. Received a call the same afternoon of our purchase with a scheduled time for the delivery of the mattress and box spring, delivered next day by friendly, fast movers who arrived on time.

A week ago we went in to the store and thought we had found a sofa that might work, but due to not having a rug that it will be set around to compare, we came back with the rug later. When we came in everything looked great and he honored a special price he had promised us. I went there because I knew the quality was good. They make you feel like you have purchased something worth while for your money.

THIS ORDER WAS A MESS BECAUSE OUR HALLWAY IS 32 INCHES WIDE AND YOU HAVE TO MAKE A 90 DEGREE TURN TO GET INTO OUR BEDROOM. THEY TRIED DELIVERING DIFFERENT PIECES OF FURNITURE 3 TIMES AND FINALLY WE FOUND PIECES THAT WOULD FIT INTO OUR BEDROOM. THEY ONLY CHARGED US SHIPPING ONCE. MIKE IN BEDROOM FURNITURE WAS REALLY TRYING TO HELP US AND WAS COMMITTED TO FINDING US SOMETHING THAT WOULD FIT.
