I met Bob at the Crystal Home Fair and liked him immediately. He just seemed like a good guy. His neighbor was also there and gave him high praise. Liked the photos he had as well. He took down my name and called the following week. We set up an appointment time which I had tochange and he was gracious and prompt at returing my calls and e-mails. Met with him at the appointed time and he took his time to look over my kitchen and basement. He took notes and also gave me some pointers. He was there for a little over an hour or maybe longer. He also gave me the name of a cabinet guy and flooring guy to get bids on the products as well. Within a few days he e-mailed me the first bid for kitchen and a few days later the basement. Both were exactly what Iwas requesting and both bids seemed reasonable. I did meet with the cabinet guy who also spoke highly of him and said that he has been in business for years. After some thought, decided that it is not wise for me to proceed at this time even though I really wanted to work with him.
