Great. Was professional and polite. Showed up on time. Did a good job and cleaned up. He even help make sure the peal and stick tile I put in in the adjacent room made a nice transition in the doorway.

Not well - Provider did not have his own correct tools for job. Sub-flooring was not prepared properly.
Dips in flooring. Borrowed my husbands tools and supplies. Would not correct sub-flooring issues when flooring
was completed. Did not put correct edging back around stair-rail posts. Did not complete work in linen closet
in hallway. Gaps between laminate flooring. Was not willing to take responsibility for his work. Job was to
be done in two days; provider tried to get it done in one day. Had to ask him to leave at the end of the first
day, because of the late hour. Came back the next day, did not finish job. Some trim boards were not attached
to walls firmly. Nails were left above doorway threshold strips. Plaster was tore off drywall in two different
locations.

They were fine. Everything went as expected. I didn't have any problems with them. They were very competitive in their pricing. The quality was good. They were good with responsiveness and punctuality. They were very good with their professionalism.

He did a fabulous job and was wonderful. He specializes in installing the prefabricated wood floors. His price was very reasonable for the job he did. What stood about him was that he came on time and knew exactly what he was doing. He put the floor and it looked flawless; it looked so fabulous. He did it just the way I wanted him to do it; he had to go around some corners and closet so the work was just very well done. I think he is a good value and gives a fair price. He is the guy who does the whole job and it's more like one Man Company. He digs it and does the work; you do not get a shmoo that comes in to do the work. I really like dealing with the people who do their work and I don't like the middle man in there and then hiring some incompetent guy. His price was fair; he was confident and the job that he did definitely stood out. He was there when he was supposed to be there and did a good job. I have even referred him to my friends.

Their price was very reasonable. It is a very small company. Jon Hocum came when he said he would and got the job done. He gave me some other recommendations and was very thorough. He was very careful and talked to me about the carpet cleaning.

Jon came out within hours of my call to give me his bid. He picked up my carpet at the retailer, moved several large pieces of furniture, cut up old carpet and placed it outside for solid waste pickup. He and his assistant worked quickly and cleaned up nicely. Price excludes padding, which had already been installed by another vendor. Senior discount was applied.
