The customer service people were very friendly, the dumpster drop off and pick up was timely and smooth and the driver was also very friendly. I needed a dumpster on short notice and they were able to help me.

Rented a sod-kicker for the afternoon. Called at the last minute and they had one (even on the first sunny Saturday) they put aside for me. The rental process was very fast, and they had several people helping customers. Looked like a really extensive collection of rental tools and other equipment.

the truck was great, they were quick in getting me through the paperwork, and I could just drop my keys in the box when I was done. I always use Reddy Rents for my moving trucks.

I needed to clean a filthy basement floor and needed a cleaner that I (medium build female) could move in and out of a vehicle and a basement by myself. The service counter guy suggested the best option and made sure I had all the attachments/cleaning items I needed.
When I drove around to pick up the floor cleaner, the guy I spoke to gave me a quick, effective demonstration of how the machine worked to make sure I could repeat it easily when I got home.
Everyone I spoke to was helpful and courteous. Will definitely use them again for other equipment I may need to rent.

I called Reddy Rents the day before to reserve a random orbit floor sander. I picked it up the next morning and started using it to take off the old finish in the wood floors in my new house. The machine was not taking much of the finish off, so I called Reddy Rents and they suggested I come back and take out a more powerful belt sander. I did so, and the belt sander worked great. Definitely a more powerful machine, which comes with risks, but we got the job done faster without any serious damage to the floor. Reddy Rents did not charge us for the first rental, even though we had used the machine for about an hour and had it out for about two hours. The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. The rental price was very affordable, and cheaper than the rental prices at one of the large big box home improvement stores that we also looked into renting from. On both the pickup and return days I found them open earlier than their advertised 7:30am opening time, which was nice. Very happy with Reddy Rents, would gladly look to them again for future machine rentals. They seem to have a large selection of items available.

The truck was extremely old and in poor condition. The air conditioning didn't work, it was very loud and there was even a hole in the floor of the truck. However, the other equipment was in good condition. All items were available at the time requested. There was an issue with the time the truck was due back but the office did call me again to ensure I knew the correct rental return time.

They made it very easy for us to pick it up. We could leave a car there for several hours until we could go back and get it. They kept paperwork to a minimum. They made it quick and efficient. I have rented other equipment from them and found the same thing to be true.

Excellently, just like it always does. I continue to use Reddy (as I have for 8 years now) because their prices are competitive, their equipment is in good working order, their staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and their location and hours are convenient.

I needed a truck with a liftgate to transport shop equipment. I called Reddy Rents, they had a truck, and it was available on the weekend for an hourly rate. Great price, truck was old, but usable. Convenient location and reasonable rates.

The process to reserve a truck and rent one was fairly straight forward. The rental price was $59.95 plus tax. They required a $200 deposit. They were thorough in explaining the charges and additional charges that could occur. They ended up charging me extra because they claimed I went over 50 miles. I explained that that was impossible since my new house was less than 9 miles from their store and my old house was less than that. After doing some research, the person I spoke to apologized for the mistake and said he would credit my account.

Another satisfactory pickup truck rental (Saturday 8-3:30) from ReddyRents. Reservations, service, and vehicle all good. They were open 5 minutes before posted time and service person took the extra effort to completely clean up the truck before giving it to me. These pickups are outfitted for working and hauling. Only minor complaint was the beaten-up condition of the rear bumper.

I called and a truck was available the next day. The truck had a lift gate which was necessary for the heavy item I was moving. It ran well, took unleaded gas, and made the delivery. Their price was low and included some mileage.

The service was fine. They had what I needed on hand and explained how to operate the machine when I picked it up.

Very well. It was very easy to get the store on Hiawatha and I didn't have to wait to rent the stilts. They were well staffed on both Saturday and Sunday, which is nice. They seemed to have a good selection of items to rent. I'll keep them in mind for the future.

Whenever I visit the crew at Reddy Rents they are prompt to get me what I need and offer a lot of advice when I ask for it. I have always had success in items being in stock and ready for me to use. Pick up and drop off is a breeze and they really have their act together.

Had prior positive truck rental experience at the St. Louis Park location; their prices are reasonable (provided you don't drive much beyond the 50 allowed miles) and the trucks are equipped for work. Also reserved a tall stepladder this rental. I was called shortly after I made the reservation with apology that the requested ladder was unavailable, but with an offer of either the next larger or smaller size. They got me out the door within 15 minutes of store opening, including tying ladder into the pickup. They accepted the return exactly at 6 pm closing with a great attitude.

very good. The woman at the counter was helpful and knowledgeable. The equipment was in good shape (though obviously far from new). I had a small job, but the drill was necessary to get mounting screws into brick.

REDDY RENTS PROVIDES AN OKAY RENTAL SERVICE. THEIR PRICES SEEM REASONABLE, AND THEY HAVE A BIG SELECTION OF EQUIPMENT. THEY CAN BE HELPFUL IN ANSWERING QUESTIONS BUT IT DEPENDS ON WHO YOU TALK TO - ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES GAVE US INCORRECT ANSWERS AND EVEN LOST OUR ORDER. HAPPILY, THEY WERE ABLE TO FILL THE ORDER WITH NO PROBLEM.
