They really deserve and A++. They do high-end electronics and were absolutely outstanding. They finished up about two weeks ago. I cannot rave about them enough! We have a high-end house with a lot of techie stuff. They were also working in conjunction with another hi-tech company. There was a lot of rewiring and reworking and a lot of programming and not only did they do a great job, but their communication skills were amazing! I just can't say enough good about them. They were punctual and did what they said they could do. They listened carefully, explained really well and answered ALL of our questions. They made suggestions on how I could get rid of my old equipment.

Unit over last few months would sometimes develop a loud hum in the right speaker requiring shutting unit down and restarting. Finally entire right channel went dead. I liked the way their service man explained over the phone before I brought the Nakamichi (an older high quality receiver/amp what was probably wrong and that he would look at it and advise whether he thought it would be worthwhile to repair -- or even if it could be repaired.

Hi-Fi Sound provides very personalized service. They consistently offer better prices than competing high-end stereo retailers and offer a "no-questions try-it-in-your-home" policy. I have purchased equipment from them over the past 10 years, with consistently good service and pricing. Hi-Fi Sound sells high-end (and priced) equipment, as well as ''best value'' equipment at very competitive prices, without the high-end attitude. I have not used their installation services.
