I contracted Hero to install electrical outlets in my newly remodeled kitchen. After the electrician installed the first outlet on my new kitchen island, noticed some damage to the island and asked him to be more careful. He apologized and then proceeded to install outlets underneath my new upper cabinets damaging those as well. Hero's response after seeing the photos of damage was that they were not liable although they agreed to do the work and cashed my check for almost. $1500.00. They offered to credit me one hundred dollars to my Visa account which doesn't even begin to fix the repairs needed to the cabinetry. They were careless in my home and caring even less in resolving the matter.
