We needed to fix some siding prior to us painting the exterior of our home. Our neighbors had used them and recommended them to us. Glad we went with him. Great work.

Heritage Builders designed and built an addition to our home, in which we added 16 feet of living space on the main floor (drastically expanding the kitchen), converted a bed and bath into a master suite, and added two bathrooms and a full bath on the second floor of a previously converted attic space. We initially selected them based off a friend's recommendation, as they could not have said enough good things about their experience with them. Mark worked with my wife and me very early in the project to solidify a design best suited to our needs, and was excellent with developing a design that fell within our budgetary constraints. We were willing to do some work ourselves to save some money, and they did not have a problem with that -- as long as they could do all of the code-related work for liability purposes (electrical, plumbing, framing, etc.). Once construction began, the workers were extremely professional, and I was most impressed with how conscientious they were with regard to our neighbors. Before starting work, they sent around a "please pardon our noise" memo to every neighbor in a three-house radius to alert them that there might be some extra noise around... nice touch. Work was completed in a timely manner, without delay, and we are still extremely pleased with the results. Here's my bottom line with Heritage: they're not going to be your cheapest quote, but they're a safe bet if you want rock solid assurance that you will have a quality product built on time.

We had interviewed several builders and were most impressed with Heritage for a few reasons. They had experience, were friendly and easy to talk to, willing to take the time to answer all of our questions (and there were a lot), and they had a clearly defined process for documenting and managing the project. We checked several references and all had nothing but great things to say. Not that there were not any issues (which there always are with big construction projects), but we were impressed with how Heritage handled the issues. Every reference that we talked to said they would hire them again (as would we). Overall our project went very well. Heritage stayed on schedule always keeping us informed of what was happening and what was coming next. We lived in the house during construction and they were very conscientious and courteous. They did everything they could to keep the job site clean and keep the dust out of the rest of the house! We had some bumps along the way like any project, no fault of Heritage, and we relied on their expertise to make good decisions and come to a good resolution. We really felt like we had a good partner in this project, someone that we could trust and rely on. The quality of the work was fantastic! It's been 3 1/2 years since the project was completed and we love our new space just as much now as we did the first day it was complete. We have not had any issues what so ever! We have recommended Heritage to a number of our family and friends who have used them for construction projects and all have been very happy with the work completed.

The workers at Heritage did very good work. They were very punctual and responsive. They were very informative on the progress of their work. I was very pleased with them.

They were extremely customer service oriented. The work was of the highest quality and they had very creative design. The project was finished early and on budget.
