Job 1: Steve was a great guy to work with. He understood that my wife & I were new to the home remodeling game & really looked out for us. He suggested inexpensive alternatives when appropriate & even came back on his day off, without charge, to make sure the drywall subs were on-site & working. He worked quickly, scraping texture off ceilings & re-tiling a bath. He s always on time & always a great guy to have on site for suggestions. His rates were competitive. There was no job too large or small for him, & unlike some other handymen, he always was willing to tackle even the messy or boring tasks. One of the best people we've worked with in our whole project. Wish they all could be like this guy. Job 2: He installed several new doors & cut and installed new wood trim in all of the bedrooms. His mitered corners are perfect with no gaps & his doors all were perfectly balanced. Steve even did the shopping for supplies. Best of all Steve cost at least 20% less than other quotes we got.

Steve was prompt, courteous and a good worker. He listened carefully to what we wanted, understood how to do it and often made suggestions which were very helpful. Both projects (soffit and mirror removal) were ''touchy'' and needed delicate care to not do extensive damage. He was creative in deciding how to go about the work and had a good sense of what would be required. Good communicator. Neat worker, left the work area clean. (Cost did not include the mirror project which was extra time another day and done for time and materials).

STEVE HAS BEEN FANTASTIC. HE TAKES PLENTY OF TIME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT I NEED, ASKING LOTS OF QUESTIONS ALONG THE WAY. HE ALWAYS SUGGESTS VARIOUS ALTERNATIVES AND PROVIDES COST ESTIMATES FOR EACH. HE IS HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WORKS QUICKLY, AND IN ONE INSTANCE, WHEN HE WAS UNSURE HOW TO TAKE CARE OF SOMETHING RIGHT AWAY, HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR HIS TIME TO RESEARCH THE PROBLEM MORE THOROUGHLY. OVERALL, GREAT VALUE. I'M PUTTING HELPING HAMMER ON MY SPEED DIAL!

COST IS PER HOUR. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THOROUGH. HE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE EVERY JOB WE THROW AT HIM. HE IS VERY FAIR ABOUT HIS TIME KEEPING AND ALWAYS LEAVES THE JOB SITE VERY CLEAN.
