Furniture - Sales
While we loved the mirror, the adhesive holding the mirror to the wood frame gave way only after 2 months. The first time I contacted Hellen Frasier and Assoc. I was told someone would get back to me. After 2 weeks of waiting, I contacted them again. This time, someone responded back within 30 minutes and informed me that this was a clearance item and therefore they were not under any obligation to fix it. The clearance policy was not explained to us when we purchased the mirror.
