Great work. They took them out, reglazed, prime and paint, reinstalled and then tirelessly tweak the fit to work. They are knowledgeable and I highly recommend them for any unique window work.

A+ work. Joe and Noelle worked on replacing the sash cords on 7 windows in my 1911 duplex in MInneapolis. Noelle worked very hard to get a storm window pane back in place and opening/shutting smoothly. They needed to remove the window pane to repair glass that had slid out of the frame over time, and that work was done in one week as promised. From beginning to end, they were prompt and delivered what they promised. I was fortunate to find them -- they truly repaired the windows to working in their original condition. I would like to hire them again for restoration work as well. I highly recommend them for window work on your old house!

Joe was excellent and I would highly recommend his work! I was selling my home and needed many quirky, custom window repairs satisfied for the buyer before closing. I was on a tight time line and didn't have room for delays. Joe went the extra mile to make sure everything was done on time and done well. His rates are very reasonable and he was extremely responsive by phone, email and text. I love old windows and it was great being able to trust someone else who does too! I'm going to hire him again for window refurbishment on my new home.

Joe did and excellent job! He was easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. He did the work in less than a day and now our windows open and close as easily as a new window! He did the work very cleanly as well. Our window frames are painted white and you cannot tell he opened up the frames - no paint was chipped.

Joe was easy to communicate with about schedules and the job itself. He took care to protect the windows where he was working to prevent damage to the trim,

Joe arrived at the scheduled time, explained the process and got to work. Replaced sash cords, cleaned the old paint & debris from the channels that the sashes slide up & down, washed the windows inside and out and showed me how to work the old storms to remove for future cleaning. I may have missed some fine points of what he did, but I can now open my windows, they are functional and they are clean! He also left his work area cleaner than he found it.
