COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE TO ANY REQUESTS OUTSIDE OF ANNUAL 'SIGN-UP' SHEET. PROMISED SERVICES OUTSIDE OF WEEKLY CONTRACT, FOR EXTRA FEE, AND DID NOT DELIVER.
