The project took some time due to rain and the difficulty with the topography of the yard and working around a sprinkler system. The area also has a lot of large boulders, rock and some clay. Pat made all the arrangements to receive the materials, as the fence was ordered out of state. He installed the fence, cleaned up the area and made sure all was in good order. Because of the association, it was critical that all work materials and the construction be completed without any unsightly mess. Pat is very neat and kept everything in order throughout the project.
