John was early to the job. We did a walk around and reviewed options then agreed on best option for my 100 year old historic home that would be less invasive. John was thorough. And explained everything in detail then actually completed the task that day. Looks great and much safer.

Everything went great. Brian explained what was needed and gave options on service and price. Brian was very polite and did the job quicker than I expected.

Last summer 2022, a storm tore the power masts and meter off my house. I call the 24 hour hotline and managed to get first in line. They had me take pictures from a safe distance and email them. They showed up on site with everything they needed to get the job done. Fantastic job.

Simple new dimmer switch replacement. Mentioned that I went through Angi but the tech said they had no discount. Later I saw the coupon for $25 off a repair. Would have been nice to save the $25 as the cost of the job was rather high.

I had a problem with an old security light but decided to address several electrical issues at once. I need to run the options by someone onsite. John came prepared to do whatever I needed. He also advised me on some future needs to get the house up to code. He was friendly, prompt, adaptable, knew what he was doing and worked quickly. Can't ask for more than that. Oh, he also came within my timeframe. Yay!

They charged me a surprise $69 service fee for a "Free Estimate" and then never sent me an estimate. What a rip off.

Together, then and there, we developed an installation plan that both met my needs without compromising the safety of the home, and at honest price that wasn't bloated with extra sales add-ons. I hired them on the spot, and they took care of all of my electrical needs that very same day. During the entire installation process, they were extremely respectful of my home, and periodically checked in with me to demonstrate progression of work. If you are recent homeowner, looking for an electrical company who understands efficiency of means, meaning, making minor lighting and switch updates without it costing you an arm and a leg, or bloating the quote with sales add-ons then Harrison Electric, Inc is the way to go. Highly recommend.

I called Harrison Electric based on Angie's List recommendation to replace a box that had been water damaged. It was a 100 amp panel with 7 circuits. Their quote was $6500+ and they charged me $50 to come look at it. I was lucky I was sitting down when I got the quote. My real cost to have this work done was $1200. If you call Harrison Electric, I would make sure you have a comparison price.
