+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY DID A FAIR JOB OVERALL, BUT POLY ENDED UP ON OUR BASEBOARDS, WHICH THEY DID NOT CLEAN OFF. THEY ALSO DID NOT DO AS GOOD A JOB AROUND THE EDGES OF THE FLOOR, WHERE SOME OLD STAIN WAS LEFT AND MISSED. SOME COATS OF POLY DID NOT SEEM EVEN. OVERALL, A COMPANY THAT JUST NEEDS TO BE MORE CAREFUL WITH THEIR WORK.
Description of Work: STRIPPED, SANDED, AND REFINISHED FOUR ROOMS, ONE HALLWAY, A SMALL ENTRY AND THREE CLOSETS (AROUND 650 SQ FT). THREE COATS OF POLYURETHANE (WATER BASED). ALSO REPAIRED THREE SECTIONS OF FLOOR WHERE OLD VENTS FOR AIR RETURN WERE MISSING. WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY OVER ONE WEEK. WORKERS DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS ASKED, AND NOTHING MORE. WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTED WITH WORK DONE; WE WERE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE PERSON WE TALKED TO WOULD BE AT THE JOB EVERY DAY SUPERVISING, BUT WAS NOT. THIS LED TO US HAVING TO BE VIGILANT WITH REPORTING MISTAKES, MESSES, ETC.
