It was ok. He did a good job of the plumbing work, however, he had to access the plumbing pipes through another room and increase the access panel in order to replace the faucet. After he was done, he didn't clean up the dust from the sawing and cutting. He also made a small ding in the drywall near the access panel.
I was disappointed in his communication as I had requested a time for him to come to my home and do the work. He said he would get back to me in a few days, which he did. But, "a few days" seems that you may not be interested in business.
And there is the cost...$350 for "parts & labor" for 2 hours work. I would really like more transparency on costs to install a new shower/tub faucet. That seems excessive, especially since I supplied the main parts and he supplied very few parts.
I will not be using him again for my plumbing needs.

WORK WAS VERY NEAT AND SATISFACTORY. PAUL WAS VERY HONEST, RELIABLE AND ANXIOUS TO PLEASE. HE HAD TO CHANGE INITIAL APPOINTMENT, BUT KEPT ME INFORMED AS TO HIS SCHEDULE AND STAYED LATE TO FINISH THE JOB. PRICE WAS IN LINE WITH OTHER ESTIMATES.
