Jeff and team sealed all gaps, installed baffles, and blew in 20'' of insulation in my attic. There was maybe 5'' to begin with and it was very apparent that a lot of heat was being lost from poor insulation. In addition I had very large ice dams caused by the lack of insulation which if I had known better I would have done this work earlier. I am new to MN and this was my first winter. Code is 16'' total but Jeff gave me an additional 4'' to be above an R49. In addition Jeff installed duct work and venting for a bathroom fan. He contacted another specialist to install the bathroom fan that I purchased at Lowes and the individual was able to come over immediately the next day to install the bathroom fan. Jeff connected the fan before blowing in the insulation. The bathroom fan works well. The insulation is having a profound effect on the warmth of the upstair floor and the ice dams never got worse. Luckily it does not appear that water penetrated the ceiling and walls. Overall I am very happy with the work and value of the service. I would highly recommend!
