Carlos Balibrera is the owner of the company, and did most of the work himself. He was a pleasure to work with from getting the initial quotation through setting up the final inspection. Quality workmanship, excellent advice on a few "how do you do it in an old house like this" items, and he left the various work areas at least as clean as he found them. We are very pleased to recommend Carlos. We will definitely call him back for a few more fixes that didn't make it into our budget for this round of work.

Carlos was amazing! We had quite a few bids on this job, but he was the most reasonable. So we were very surprised by the quality of his work. St. Louis Park has some tuff inspectors, but I overheard him telling Carlos that he does nice work. He was always punctual and easy to reach, considering this job required him to return several times. We are so pleased with his work that we can't wait to hire him again. Carlos showed up at the scheduled times for the estimate and the actual work. He answered all the questions I asked. The work was done very neatly. He even replaced wiring to a couple of outlets to avoid having to put in junction boxes where wires were too short to reach into the new service panel.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH ALL THE ELECTRICAL WORK COMPLETED AND WOULD RECOMMEND. COMMUNICATION WAS GOOD ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING SOME OF THE SCHEDULING CHALLENGES WE FACED DUE TO OTHER PIECES OF OUR REMODELING. CARLOS WAS FLEXIBLE IN WORKING US INTO HIS SCHEDULE SO THAT WORK COULD BE COMPLETED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND TOOK CARE OF ALL THE ELECTRICAL NEEDS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.
