Greco-Linden Hills Painting was willing to do a small exterior painting job working around a difficult painting location and periods of rain. Steve Triantafilou maintained good communication, showed up on time, and kept the work area neat and quiet. He finished the job quickly and kept to the estimated cost.

He did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend him.  The only problem I had was with his painter was because they use brushes, sometimes they have a tendency to flick the paint brush to remove the paint from the brush and some paint spots got on my back patio furniture.  They offered to remedy the situation but I explained that he didn't have to do anything.  I know that he didn't do it and I would use him again.

This review for Greco Painting and Steve Triantafilou is long overdue. He has done many projects for me and my family for over 20 years. Steve's work is so far above anyone else's standards, you cannot compare him! His goal is for your house to look perfect, and he will work until he accomplishes that. Or if you want to save money, he is willing to do less, but for any work that needs to be done right (and who does not want it done right!!?) Steve is the only one you should think about hiring. Not only will the finished product be done to the highest standards, he leaves no mess, and he's a friendly and honest individual.
Steve brings in 1000-watt lights to work by, and first will repair, patch, caulk, smooth out, do whatever it takes to fix imperfections, then finally he will paint, using first quality materials, and it will look beautiful. Your only challenge will be to get your house on his busy work schedule, but once he has an opening, he is completely reliable about being there and getting the job done. I cannot say enough in praise of his work and ethics.

The quality of the work was exceptional. This was the 2nd time that we have used this contractor. The dust from skim coating and sanding the damaged sheet rock was kept to a minimum. The carpeting and remaining furniture in the area was properly covered and the cleanup upon completion was better then expected.

STEVE'S WORKMANSHIP IS EXCEPTIONAL AND HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS EVIDENT IN THE FINAL RESULT. HE IS A SELF ADMITTED PERFECTIONIST AND WE WOULD AGREE. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK FULLY SUPPORTED THE COST OF THE PROJECT ALONG WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THAT THIS WOULD BE A LONG LASTING INVESTMENT IN OUR HOME. STEVE CAREFULLY COVERED AND PROTECTED OUR FURNISHINGS AND WHEN EACH ROOM WAS FINISHED HE THOROUGHLY CLEANED UP. STEVE WORKED WITH AN ARTIST PATTI CLAIRE WICKLAND WHO CONSULTED WITH US TO SELECT THE COLOR SCHEME THAT COMPLIMENTED THE HOUSE AND OUR LIFESTYLE. CLAIRE ALSO HAND PAINTED CUSTOM DESIGN WORK IN A NUMBER OF ROOMS (HER WORK IS A SEPARATE CHARGE). WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEVE(AND CLAIRE) FOR ANY SIZE PROJECT. THEY BOTH WERE SO EASY TO WORK WITH AND THEY FOCUSED ON PROVIDING THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT ALL TIMES.
