The service was just okay. We were supposed to meet, I think, the head person of the company that knew more about all the countertops and stuff. He wasn't there so it was like the receptionist. They had not called to tell us that. I wanted somebody with a little more knowledge than the receptionist. Their quality was good. I was not here but my husband said they were great when they were here. We never had to call them or anything.

Responded quickly to request for an estimate.  Sent out their man to measure up and set the time for installation.  Showed up on time and install went perfect.   They even recommended a plumber familiar with setting the sink for granite.   This is the second time I have used this company and would recommend them highly.

Great Northern Granite was fabulous to work with. We visited a few other granite shops, but Miles and Kristian at Great Northern were the most friendly, helpful and accommodating. They were very responsive and knowledgeable whenever we had questions. We had a very tight timeline and they moved mountains (or, slabs of granite) to accommodate us. The counters turned out beautifully. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back to them in the future.

When they installed the counters they gouged large holes in the walls. The installers seemed to not have a clue what they were doing. They got silicone all over the entire counter, walls, sink, and fixture. Two days after installing the sink, it fell out and they had to come and re-install it. While doing that, they got epoxy all over one of my custom cherry cabinet doors. They did pay for the replacement of the door.
