fortunately Dave has the expertise to fix old machines, service was wonderful, my old machine still functions! I was treated so well if I ever have to give up my old machine, this is where I will buy a new machine

I learned about Gratz Sewing from other members of my sewing group. We all travel "a ways" to get to his shop. I love this man . Unlike another shop where "they" tried to force a new machine on one, Mr. Gratz is very respectful of whatever machine one is bringing in - and does not even "mention" looking at or buying one of the new machines the shop sells. His charges are extremely reasonable.

Gratz Sewing worked on my machine while I waited. Tuned it up, replaced the cushioning on the bottom and overall got it working just perfectly. And I didn't have to make a return trip to pick it up. Wonderful customer service!

I purchased 2 Janome machines from the store. The service is great. They are very knowledgable, courteous and so very upbeat and friendly. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I can have as many lessons on the machine as I want. Would recommend this store to anyone.

I took my machine into Gratz Sewing expecting to leave it for repair. Mr. Gratz took my machine in, looked at it, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. I only waited about 20 minutes. The repair cost came to $22. Far less than I had anticipated. When my old machine eventually gives up, I will definitely go there first to look at a new one!

Even though it is not a michine that they recommend, they did an excellent job. I have sold my machine and look forward to purchasing a new one; a machine they recommended.

The bobbin winder on my old White sewing machine broke. They tried to find a part to repair it but the part is no longer available. Even though the machine could not be repaired, they spent some time trying to help me with it and did not charge anything for the consultation. They also suggested where I might buy a separate bobbin winder. I appreciated their customer service.

Service was done faster and cheaper than estimated. I would definitely use them again.

Service was done as promised. Machine is now working great. I Initially was quoted almost $100 for the work. When I hesitated at that amount I was offered a and quot;couponand quot; that brought the quote down to a very reasonable amount.

He answered all of my questions, toldy. me exactly what was wrong, and repaired ot. Returned my calls the same day.
