carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreI WAS VERY DISCOURAGED BY THE LACK OF RESPONSE BY THIS STORE. IF THEY WOULD HAVE PROVIDED AN HONEST TIME FRAME, I WOULD HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM. I WAS IN NO RUSH TO HAVE MY RUGS RETURNED TO ME, BUT BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, I DIDN'T FEEL THAT IT WAS APPROPRIATE FOR ME TO PROVIDE THEM ANY BUSINESS.
Description of Work: I BROUGHT IN 3 AREA RUGS TO BE CLEANED BY THIS COMPANY. WHEN I DROPPED THEM OFF, I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS FOR THEM TO BE CLEANED. AT THE 2 WEEK POINT, I STOPPED BY THE STORE TO PICK THEM UP. THE RUGS WERE STILL SITTING ON THE FLOOR WHERE I INITIALLY LEFT THEM. I WAS THEN TOLD THEY WOULD BE READY IN 1 WEEK. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE 2 WEEKS LATER AND THE RUGS WERE STILL SITTING IN THE SAME PLACE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I GATHERED MY RUGS AND LEFT, NOT TO EVER RETURN AGAIN.
