couldn't do deep cleaning

The job didn’t turn out too well. They had a coupon in the pack which was$199 for a room which was 7 sq foot. I realized I had to pay triple because it was a big room.  The guy who came in was very abrupt and rude. He just came in and looked at the carpet and said this is going to cost you.  He told me it would cost me $300 and I told him I thought it was quite a bit and he says but we came all the way out here. It made me afraid for some reason so I told him to get it done and go. I didn't know how to say no thank you. The way he spoke to the other guys who came with him was not good. He used a lot of swear words and he yelled at them. I was just very uncomfortable overall. I would never have him in my house ever again.  I have a black dog in the house that is very protective and he was growling the whole time while he was in the house.  The dog just stuck to me and didn't leave my side and I was just not comfortable with them being in the house and I dare didn't tell them to leave the house because he scared me.  They did a good job cleaning the carpets but I just didn't like them. They just need to be more polite and respectful of the residence that they are in. I don't want some one using swear words at each other in my house especially when I don't know them.
