Overall a very poor experience. Dan Gonsior seemed professional when he saw new business coming and until he got our money. Not long after the work was done we had water leaking into our building. Other contractors who looked at it said that the work done at the edge of the rubber roof was not done properly. We tried to get a hold of Dan to take a look and tell us what he thinks, and fix if necessary. After that he was unresponsive, not answering phone calls despite months of repeated calls and letters, when finally reached would make an appointment to meet but then not show up. We finally got him to come out and take a look after more calls and a certified letter, and the idea that more work beyond the original work order might be needed. He said he'd fix the problem, but he tied that to more paid work. We asked him to just fix the original work. Again he's not calling back. They've changed their name to Gonsior Duncan LLC in the meantime. They also damaged a vehicle.
