When I contacted them, the folks at Feist Automotive promptly sent a truck to my house to tow the vehicle. The repair was completed within two business days. At first I was concerned that their hourly rate was on the high end, but I found they only charge for the time spent working on the car, not based on how long it would take the and quot;averageand quot; mechanic. The final total was less than the initial quote and quite reasonable for this repair. I had already sourced a new (OEM) part myself, and they were willing to work with that and just charge labor and shop materials. Overall, happy that I asked them to do the repair and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

It was spectacular. They did a superb job. It was quoted for a little bit more. They figured out how to make the repair and make it come in underneath their quote, so that was a good thing. It seems like there are always funny surprises where it costs more. This was the opposite of that. These guys are wonderful. They are very clean and very well organized. They seem to be a bunch of honest guys. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
