I just by luck backed up my 40G hard drive 2 days before it crashed so I wasn't that upset when I went in to find out the problem (they told me most people take out their frustrations on them as venting). I bought a new hard drive, 160G, to replace the fried one. They were busy but they got it back to me in 2 days and since I had my back up discs they reinstalled all my software too. After seeing what they did I think next time I could almost do it myself, but then again maybe not.
