I signed a contract for the work to begin in three weeks after I had returned from a trip out of town. Despite the contract the workers showed up while I was gone. They laid a tarp to collect broken concrete on top of the neighbor's newly sprouted grass. After many phone calls I finally contacted Ginny who asked the crew to stop until I returned. When I came back into town they did begin work again. I had signed a contract for two segments of the sidewalk to be replaced. Only one segment of the sidewalk was actually replaced. During their work it cracked and was shoddily repaired. It looked worse after they left than before we asked them to replace it. Lastly, we asked them to remove three old swinging windows from our basement and replace with glass block. Two of these windows were replaced beautifully. One was left unfinished with exposed wood. I brought this to Ginny's attention and she blew me off by saying that I could find time to seal it somehow myself. Two years later I had to have someone else come in to repair that window again as it was causing damage to the interior as well as the exterior.

The quality of the finished product was excellent and I felt I got my money's worth for such a big investment. It took a little longer than I would have liked, but I understand the weather plays a role with putting on stucco. It is an art to do stucco well and I am absolutely pleased with this company. Ginny and Reno both oversaw the project, and Jose was the installer who is a craftsman. I was very, very pleased.
