G R'S PAINTING

Grant was prompt and responsive and overall the work was done with quality. We were suprised by the amount of paint chips in the surrounding area of the work; not horrible but we expected a better clean up. The only major issue we had was at the end of the work, we thought we had agreed to painting the south side of the house as well. Grant did feel badly about the missed communication. If we were to use GR's painting again everything would have to be agreed to in writing prior to the work beginning.

Grant was very punctual and preferred to arrive early in the morning and leave mid afternoon. He cleaned up after himself each day, and was pleasant to talk to. His work was excellent and his prices are exceptional. My only complaint is the speed in which he works. While steady paced, he was slightly slow. However, he charges by the job, so I did not have to pay extra for additional time spent on the job.
