We were very pleased with the services from Michael, Frank and their team. We had the design completed by someone else who was then unable to do the work. They used that design and worked with the designer on tweaks to the plan. They always listened to our ideas and concerns, performed the work in a timely manner and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They even came out at 9:00 one night when it unexpectedly poured rain and things that should not have been getting wet were.  We have before and after photos that we have shared with them. We love our extended space and have gotten many complements on it!

We are extremely pleased with how the basement remodel turned out and very much recommend Fusion.  Our home was built in the 1930?s and the basement was ?finished? in the 1960?s.  We tore everything down to the bare bones and started fresh.  The basement was completely redone including new framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, ceiling, carpet, etc.  They moved the plumbing and remodeled an existing ½ bath into a ¾ bath including a fully tiled shower with glass doors, heated floors, vanity with marble top, and all new plumbing fixtures.  Fusion also added a 8ft bar with custom cabinets, granite counter top, and tiled backsplash.  Everything from the design to the finished product went very well.  Their subs were great to work with and treated the job like it was their own home.  Frank and Michael exceeded our expectations.  We plan on contacting Fusion when it comes time to redo our second floor.

I am very pleased with the work that Frank, Michael, and their sub contractors performed. They were willing to meet with me on multiple occasions to discuss our goals for the remodel, present new and creative ideas, and the whole time provide realistic estimates for each option. I was certainly not one of their larger jobs, but they gave me the attention that I needed given that this was my first real interaction with contractors. There were a few times they called me during construction when they came across something unexpected (which we knew was a risk given our older home), and talked through options on the fly. Their experience in home remodels was very obvious and of a huge value to me during this process.

They tore down our existing three season porch and built a new one.  We were very impressed with the whole process.  Everyone we worked with was very professional and we are very happy with the finished product.  We received four estimates for the project and we ended up going with Fusion because they really listened to what we wanted.

We sought out multiple bids for this project over several years and were not disappointed in our selection of contractor in the least. They were speedy with the bid and took all the time we needed to answer detailed questions. They were easy negotiating a final contract and willing to meet our needs to have details in writing.  We had thought so long about this project that we knew much of our "wish list". However, there were many things we were still unclear about. Weather to install a full foundation or not - double hung or slider windows, stucco to the ground or skirt board. They were helpful and offered their educated opinions at every step of the way. In the end we feel they were spot-on with their solutions.
The work went quickly with a team on the job, or at least a person each day until it was mostly completed. most of the subcontractors hired have worked for Fusion for many years so they have a trusted team. All were polite and tidy. They usually showed up by 8:30 and went home between 4 and 5 - sometimes later. The main part of the project took about 6 weeks but finishing work took another 6 weeks. Much of that was waiting for some materials that we ordered (special order door, lights, and railings).
Speaking of a door. We had our hearts set on a wood storm door and ordered it from a company out of state. They had a difficult time hanging it... but, when it wasn't quite right, they hung it again. Once again, not quite right, they ordered a new jamb (at their expense) and installed it correctly in the end. We had no arguments with them about this. They acknowledged it wasn't right, didn't place blame, and fixed it so all were satisfied. 

We recently bought a house that had previously undergone extensive renovations by Fusion.  We were pleased with the quality of the previous work and hired Fusion to renovate the basement.  The original basement was partially finished with exposed pipes and painted cinder block foundation walls.  Fusion transformed a dull and dark room into a great finished space that we plan to use as a family room.  They used high quality materials, did quality work from start to finish, and every member of the team from the carpenters to the painter treated the space like it was their own home.  They kept the job site clean, kept on schedule, and finished the job quickly.  Michael did a great job making sure everything got done the right way and was always available by email and phone.  They are definitely the company to hire for any home remodel, large or small.

Very well. Frank laid out the plans from the very first visit and answered the gazillion questions I threw at him with patience and ease. The subcontracted designers that laid out the kitchen did a good job, but their style when they attempted to help with finishings and paint choices were not in line with my ideas. I spoke with Frank and ended up choosing products on my own that fit my style. Work began quickly and like the other poster I was shocked at how clean my house was each night when I came home from work. The project was completed ahead of time and on schedule. No issues. I've referred them to others in my neighborhood.

Experience with Fusion was really good. They did what they said they would, and in fact got it done before the due date they originally told me (for the construction work part). I did have to follow up with them (instead of them updating me) to find out when the painting would be done (turned out they had to wait for the new shingles to age a bit before the shingles could be painted). There was one issue with one of the new storm windows being stuck, but they came out and fixed the problem the day after I emailed them about it! Their quote was about $100 more than two competitors, but they had better ratings/recommendations (from the local hardware store as well as a previous positive review on this site). Would definitely use them again.

These guys did really nice work, were prompt, professional, quite fast, and -for a remodel- kept the area(s) surprisingly clean. Not cheap, but once done I realized that the price (per work hours) was quite fair. They were also 15% less than the two additional quotes that I received. My favorite part is that the owner not only showed up, but worked! I don't know much about construction, but I do know that I always get better results when the owner/salesman has calloused hands.
