The Frogbox delivery/pickup person was super communicative and very prompt. The Frogboxes themselves were great too - they were much easier to use than regular cardboard boxes because you don't have to fold them, tape them, or even fill them all the way up. Even if you leave a Frogbox half empty, you can still stack other heavy Frogboxes on top of the half empty one because the Frogboxes themselves are so strong.

This is comparable to people moving their households. It's in a container; you don't have to go get cardboard boxes and things like that. However, they are not up front about the destination free. They should make that very clear that there is a separate charge for bringing the boxes to your home and then removing the boxes from your new location. They didn't really talk about that until they served us the bill, so that was a little surprising. Other than that, it went smoothly.
