I would not recommend the service department and will never go back. The two men that assisted me were rude, arrogant, and unfriendly. I had a horrible, degrading experience. When I dropped off my car, the man who assisted me was unfriendly and had a negative attitude, as if to say that he did not have time to assist me. Once the paperwork was completed, I requested to have a loaner car (which I had been informed of two times prior that one would be available only for the duration of the service - approximately 2.5 hours). I was informed that there was not a loaner car and, when asking what they could do to assist me, they replied "there is nothing we can do." As a result, I had to walk two miles to work (yes, they didn't even offer a ride).
When I came to pick up my car, neither of the men who assisted me (one of whom was the service supervisor) talked to me or explained what had been done. The service supervisor handed my carbon copied sheet to the cashier and seemed to intentionally avoid making eye contact with me. Looking through the paperwork, I noticed that there had been a multi-point inspection completed (standard with every car that goes in to the shop). Under the section there was a bunch of car-phrase jargon and a statement stating, 'Car is unsafe to drive in this condition.' I asked the cashier about this and she just shrugged. When I asked to speak to the service supervisor, she stated, "Oh, he is busy right now," and did not even offer to let me talk to someone else.
I took my car to a different dealership for a second opinion and it was amazing how the service and assistance differed. Not only that, they beat "Friendly's" price by 30%.

We always check for a coupon either online or in the 'coupon packets' that come to our door! Then it is approximately $25, a great value! We have always been pleased with the oil change service that we receive and we utilize their service as often as we need it.

They have good certified mechanics that I trust. I also like that they are close to me. The shop area is clean and everyone you deal with is friendly and knowledgeable. They do good work and you can trust them. It is always more expensive when you go to a dealership for auto work.

The front turn signals on my car stopped working. I replaced the bulbs a few times;each time, the new bulbs burned out within a few days. I noticed that the ceramic on the bulb was charred. On my car, the turn signals are also the running lights, so are on anytime the car is running. I called them on a Saturday morning, and they were able to fit me in the same day. They replaced one light socket, and cleaned the other. The second light socket stopped working within a day, so I returned on Monday night, and they replaced the second socket as well. Both have worked without a problem ever since.

THE SERVICE TECH DID NOT GET BACK TO ME IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THE TECH SCHEDULED ME FOR AN EVENING REPAIR WHEN THERE WERE STILL EARLIER OPENINGS. I FELT THE PRICE WAS FAIR FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK PERFORMED. IT MIGHT BE ON THE HIGH END OF THE AVERAGE, BUT I WOULD GO BACK AGAIN.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. HOWEVER THE ESTIMATE FOR TRANSMISSION REBUILD WAS REALLY HIGH. THEY SUGGESTED A LOT OF OTHER SERVICES I DIDN'T CHOOSE TO PURSUE. THEY WERE VERY HONEST AND UPFRONT ABOUT WORK DOING AND ESTIMATES. THEY WERE A LITTLE SLOW IN COMPLETING THE WORK BUT VERY RESPONSIVE TO PHONE CALLS. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO ME.
