Frattallone'S Ace Hardware

I love the service and quality of hardware, plants & flowers, kitchen items etc. at Uptown Ace Hardware. As soon as I walk in the door, someone greets me and asks me if he or she can help me. When I tell them the sort of thing I need, they lead me to the part of the store where the items are, explain the difference between items of roughly the same kind and even help me find the cheapest one! They assemble the items if I ask them! Recently I visited the store and bought a couple of fairly heavy items- I'm a small woman. They were not too heavy for me to carry, so I started out the door. But an employee of the store, Thomas, insisted that  allow him to carry my items to my car. He was a real gentleman! I have shopped at Uptown Ace Hardware many times since I discovered it. And I have never been disappointed.
