I USED TO GO TO A DIFFERENT, CLOSER, DEALER BUT THESE GUYS ARE SO FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, COURTEOUS AND KIND. THEY DON'T TALK DOWN TO ME. THEY LISTEN TO WHAT I SAY. THEY DON'T CHARGE FOR THE LITTLE THINGS. ONE TIME I CAME IN THERE BECAUSE I WAS ON MY WAY TO WORK AND DESPERATELY NEEDED TO REFILL THE WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID BUT I COULDN'T GET MY HOOD OPEN. TWO MECHANICS DROPPED WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND CAME RIGHT OUT TO MY CAR AND HELPED ME. IT'S GOOD, OLD-FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE.
