The project was difficult from the start. Each day when I came home and inspected Mr. Florey's work, something was not done properly. Framing was not plumb and level nor was it straight (I have a hallway that is off 2 inches from one end to the other). Sheathing had to be checked and as in many cases a 4 x 8 piece of sheathing only had two or three nails in it. He charged for for wrapping the house in preparation for stucco, which he did not do. He charged me for insulating the house twice and will not refund the additional charges on that. Aside from that, Mr. Florey was responsible for $1400.00 of water damage to my ceilings and for damage to my garage door. I filed against him in conciliation court and the judgment was in my favor. He is currently appealing that judgment.
