THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT WE PURCHASED THROUGH PRO SOURCE WAS EXCELLENT! FLOORING SOLUTIONS SENT A CREW TO INSTALL THE LINOLEUM AND 1 MAN TO INSTALL THE CARPET. HE DID A FINE JOB. THE CREW DID A POOR JOB.

THEY CAME AND DID THE WORK WHILE WE WERE OUT, SO THE ONLY THING TO BASE THE PROFESSIONALISM ON WERE PHONE CONVERSATIONS. SHE CALLED BACK QUICKLY AND WAS AVAILABLE IN THE EVENINGS. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT WE HAD THE RUNNER PROFESSIONALLY BOUND WHICH WAS FAIRLY EXPENSIVE, AND GAVE THEM INSTRUCTIONS TO PLACE THE BOUND END OF THE RUNNER WHERE THE STAIRS ENDED AT A TILE FLOOR. THEY MUST NOT HAVE NOTICED THOSE INSTRUCTIONS OR THE BINDING, BECAUSE THAT PART WAS THE END THAT WAS LEFT AS A REMENANT. THIS WAS YET ANOTHER LEARNING EXPERIENCE WE HAD THAT YOU HAVE TO GIVE EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS NOT ONLY TO THE PERSON "ON THE PHONE" BUT ALSO THE SERVICERS THAT COME TO YOUR HOUSE.
