THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF KEEPING US INFORMED AS TO THE PROGRESS OF THE LOAN AND WARNING US OF POTENTIAL PROBLEMS. RATES WERE GOING UP AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND US A GOOD DEAL AND GET IT LOCKED DOWN. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS PAINLESS. MARK, DAVE & GREG WERE ALL EXTREMELY HELPFUL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
