Financial One Credit Union, aka First Community Credit Union posted brochures in their lobby advertising First Class Mortgage V, Inc. mortgage services. When I requested information concerning the relationship between the two, none was provided. I ended up with a refi that cost much more than was originally promised. I closed all of my accounts with this Credit Union after the President of the CU, Previn, became very confrontational after my phone call with him regarding First Class Mortgage.
Description of Work: Requested business and financial and personal relationship information between this Credit Union and First Class Mortgage which handles the Mortgages for this business. None was provided.

I researched loan rates from Lending Tree to Wells Fargo to other local financial institutions. Wasn't pleased with the rates. As a last resort, I checked with FCCU - I have an auto loan with them. They had a very competitive rate with a nice 6-month intro rate and zero closing costs as well. I applied online and within 24 hours was notified of loan approval. Minimal paperwork on my part and only 2 visits to the office were required. Kate also set up a checking account for me. Since they are a small credit union, she told me all the ways I can access my funds (other atms, online, etc.). The easiest loan I've ever obtained. Very, very nice to work with.
Description of Work: Worked with me to get a home equity loan.
