Bill came in almost half the cost of a previous estimate we had gotten and got the work done in a less invasive way! After coming to check out the leak we were having Bill returned the next day with all supplies and equipment needed for any issues he potentially foresaw encountering. The total job was completed in about an hour and my husband and I are very satisfied!

The work took a few days longer than expected, but the house is more than 100 years old, so some adjustments were necessary. They corrected a dishwasher vent connection that didn't meet code at no extra charge. We did have the cast iron tub in the kitchen a few days, but they made a good effort to get someone to help get it out and get the work done in time for a scheduled move. Bill Fignar is good to work with and willing to work with clients on timing and price. He has good connections with other contractors (electricians), but doesn't push them on you.

They responded promptly, answered all my questions so that I could compare models and prices, and then completed the job to my satisfaction and cleaned up afterwards. They also explained operations of it. They were only slightly higher priced than my other bid but used a manufacturer product that was better. I also used them a couple weeks later for a plumbing leak repair at a family member's house and they were very prompt in getting that fixed. They seem to really know what they are doing. Both instances went smoothly. Plumbers in general aren't cheap, but that's just the way it is. I believe they charge the going rate like others, from what I can tell.

They do good work and provide a fair price.

They were great; our furnace was condemned by another company so this company came in and did some adjustments, cleaning and then said my furnace was okay; so we liked them a lot. They were very friendly and helpful; we had an emergency situation and they came right out.  

He's local and that's why I called him first, but he's great. I couldn't be more pleased with the services he has provided for me. Everything that he has ever done for me has needed to be fixed.

IT WAS A LITTLE BIT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE, BUT MR. FIGNAR WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL, HE REALLY KNEW HIS STUFF (42 YRS IN THE BUSINESS). HE COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY AND TO OUR SATISFACTION. WE DEFINITELY GOT WHAT WE PAID FOR. QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. WE WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE SHOULD THE NEED ARISE, DESPITE THE COST, HOWEVER, WE DID NOT HAVE A CHANCE TO COMPARE COST TO OTHER PLUMBERS ON THE LIST. TO GET AN ACCURATE QUOTE, THE JOB HAD TO BE SEEN. BY THAT TIME, WE JUST WANTED TO GET THE JOB DONE. ANGIE'S LIST WAS VERY HELPFUL TO US BEING NEW TO THE COMMUNITY.

FINE. CHEAPER THAN TELEPHONE ESTIMATE. USED BETTER PVC PIPE THAN SOME. OVERALL SATISFIED.

THEY WERE FABULOUS! MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS UP TO CODE AND WERE JUST EVERYTHING YOU'D WANT FROM A PLUMBER.
