Price has usually been an A, but this aeration was a little higher than it was last year.

This is our second year. We have had different lawn services, our neighbor recommended them. Each treatment is $71 and I think there is a total of 5 treatments.

We've been using Fertilawn for maybe 10 years or more and we love their service. We requested they call us before coming as a courtesy and they have followed through on that. They also do lawn aeration, which really helps. If you pay ahead for the season, there is a discount and no bills to handle during the summer. We have been happy with their services. (The dandelions in my garden are my own fault! I need to weed around my tender plants by hand and I forget to do it.) Sometimes our neighbors have said our lawn looks like a golf course--last week a young adult neighbor told us it would be fun to take off shoes and walk through our grass! One key is watering when there is not enough rain and leaving the lawn mower set to "high" to hold the moisture in the soil during hot sunny days. I also like the fact that Fertilawn is locally owned. I highly recommend Fertilawn.

It is working, and I don't have any dislikes. We thought they would put grass seed down in the spring, but they didn't, and we don't know why they didn't do that. I think they are a little on the upper side of the cost.

Lush and green through the season!

As I stated above there service was fine. The problem I had though was that our lawn did not see to improve at all. It just always looked poor, I.e. thin, straggly and dried out, despite following their directions on watering. As we have a small lawn, I decided to take on the task myself. For the price of 1 application with fertilawn, I purchased a spreader and weed and feed and applied it myself. Within a few weeks it already looked better. Despite the drought, our lawn looked the best it's ever looked.

So, I don't feel the price is worth what you get with Fertilawn, since I was able to improve our lawn doing it myself.

The customer service rep was fine. He seemed very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I did not go with them because I decided to do it myself that year. I think their price was a little bit high, and they were very prompt.

Very friendly office staff that were willing to work with me on special instructions I had. They call each time before coming out and leave a message if we're unable to pick up. This is nice so that we can pick up dog poo and keep the dogs inside while they work. Usually they come while we're at work, but a few times we have been home and they have been friendly and professional.

They did 5 treatments during the summer. We had almost no contact with them; they just showed up. We asked for them to call before showing up and they neglected that in most cases. That was my only negative because I wanted to know when they were coming so I could coordinate lawn mowing with it. They pretty much solved the problem with getting the weeds.

It went terrible the owner was to busy to fill out the proper paper and did not follow through on the promises he made and really dropped the ball jepardizing my families health. When I brought this to his attention he told me I was wrong and lying about the promises he made, this was a big point of contention and the whole reason we went with this company. I am very dissapointed and would recomend working with a different company not Fertilawn.

In the summer when we go for vacations I inform them about not making any application as nobody will be home to ensure watering. They also offer the natural fertilizer but we haven't opted for that yet. We have had them for a long time and we haven't had any problems with the weed, bugs and other things. We have an extra area covered on the corners so there is the extra boulevard that we inherited. It was inherited when they took the house next door away. We got an additional 12 feet. We also have a neighbor that doesn't take care of her yard and we have adopted that lawn up to her driveway. They are very responsive too. If they have made an application for the dandelions in the spring and it's raining, then I can call up and ask them to come after the rains.

The service Fertilawn provides is very good. They are always on time. They come out to work when I am not at home. I will continue to use their services in the future.

I pay them with every treatment. I have been using their services for at least twenty years. I like they will tell us when their could be a problem and they explain how to treat or prevent it.

They have not raised their costs in the 4 years we have had them do our large yard. They are very careful not to spray my perennial borders and other plantings. Very nice people that do the applications and come to the door to tell us they are there if one of our pets is out in the yard.

GOOD WORK, DIDN'T MAKE A MESS AND I AM PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.
