They repaired my anti-lock breaks and found another issue that they were able to repair on the spot, still under warranty. The parts department guy, Ryan Koehler, provided outstanding customer service - called me and followed up to make sure I got everything I needed

Last year I had a problem with my washer fluid freezing in winter. I had taken my car to Feldmann Nissan in 2012 for winterizing and thought the fluid had been changed so it would not freeze. This year when I took my car to Feldmann Nissan, I mentioned my frozen washer fluid. On this visit, Feldmann changed the fluid and charged me only for an oil change. The service coupons are always applied automatically for me as I am a regular customer.
While I waited, I noticed that there were free manicures being done for Feldmann customers in the waiting area. There are always cookies, coffee and tea and I feel like I am a valued customer. I get email reminders about my car service which I also appreciate. When I need a new vehicle, I will go to Feldmann Nissan after my positive service experiences there.

I dropped off my car in the morning and received a free loner car (they use a car rental company for this that meets you on site). They kept my car for the entire day. At the end of the day I returned and the remote starter was complete. Though the price was a little higher than other places, they seemed to do a great job. I also paid a little more for a piece of mind since after reading reviews people seem to have a lot more problems with the lower to mid level starters not installed at dealers.

What a great place to take your car in for service, treat you in a very professional and friendly manner. Work is always done to perfection and you get car washed for free. You pay dealer rates but the overall experience is worth the price. Don't forget the manicure for ladies on Thursdays.

I purchased my car from Feldmann Nissan, along with an extended warranty. The extended warranty was about to expire so I went in for a final time to get everything fixed that was under warranty.
They declined to fix a couple items that they deemed to be wear and tear, despite selling me a 'bumper to bumper' warranty (one example, the muffler rusted and a portion broke off, which they wouldn't repair).
They did fix the gas gauge, but it took them two trips to finish the job right (and I had to pay a deductible both times). They never were able to fix the cigarette lighter because they had a hard time finding the right part to fix it (despite it being a Nissan dealership).
Their estimate to fix the muffler was $1200, a local body shop fixed it for me for less than $250.
The people there are very nice and friendly, but I'll never be going back again.

They are excellent and very responsive. They usually have coupons. I like their service. They know you when you come in. They have a nice area to wait in. Because my car is rather new, if I have any issues I get a rental car.

The car we bought actually had a small problem that caused the engine to whine loudly between 0-30 mph. I had noticed it on the test drive but noticed it more after purchase, and when it didn't go away after a week or so, I took the car back for service. The service people traded out the offending part, giving me a free rental car for the day, doing the service under warranty (of course) and washing my car after it was worked on. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and highly competent at the part of their jobs we witnessed. We will certainly work with Feldmann again.

I had emailed Jonah the night before that I'd definitely decided on the vehicle he'd shown me that day. I said that we had other obligations the following morning, but that we'd be in that afternoon to purchase the car. He had it detailed and ready to go for me, as I'd requested, when I arrived. I was really impressed!
Jonah patiently explained all the vehicle's features to me - - more than once. He made the new car experience less scary and intimidating. I'll still have to get out the owner's manual and actually read it, but he hit all the highlights.
Jonah and the team at Feldmann's listened to me and didn't pressure me to buy anything else. I really enjoyed doing business with them!

This is the second car I've bought with Feldmann, and I continue to be really happy. Their sales people are great with spending time to try and find out what's important to the buyer in a car and find them something that will fit; they are also respectful of a budget - when I bought my most recent vehicle, I had just been laid off from my part-time and quot;extra cashand quot; job and was very concerned about taking on a payment; however, my previous car was 12 years old and ready to be put down...
While I'll occasionally get an oil change elsewhere, even that's pretty rare; generally speaking, I prefer to get my service done at Feldmann because I trust their work. They've always done a great job; the one time there was an error in service (the only impact being a flat tire later in the day after all the air leaked out), they actually admitted that the mistake was theirs (shock and awe!) and apologized profusely before fixing the issue (at no additional charge to me, and without any discussion about that element). They're really great about keeping you updated on the status of the work, what needs to be done (they ask for a signature before they do anything to the car), and how long it's going to take; today when the time came that they'd originally expected to be done, the service rep came to update me and let me know it would be about another half hour. I was fine waiting, but really appreciated that they acknowledged that they'd hit the anticipated end time already.
The staff is always very friendly, and they always offer the free shuttle ride to home or work (or the mall, I suppose). I usually opt to sit in their waiting area rather than go back and forth, and opted for this again today even though I knew I'd be waiting for about four hours. They have a great new building with a waiting area that is both comfortable and practical - they have plenty of seating, sofas and chairs, some tables to work at, enough access to electrical outlets so that I can always find a spot to plug in my laptop, free Wi-Fi, more free bottled water, coffee and cookies than any one person should have access to in a four-hour period, and (my personal favorite) a child area where kids can play and watch TV while their parents keep an eye on them through the floor-to-ceiling windows that are remarkably sound-proof.
As long as I keep buying and owning Nissan vehicles, it will be Feldmann all the way!

We went in there not intending to buy, more just researching to buy a car in the next couple of years. The salesman approached us and talked with us with absolutely no sales pressure. He was very helpful with giving us advice. It was supposed to be a quick look around and 3 hours later we walked out with a car. We have no buyer’s remorse and are very happy with our purchase. We were ready to buy and the salesman actually came back and offered us a better deal. The salesman was very young but did a great job and we got a fantastic vehicle. Since I purchased the car I have been back for the license plates, and they re-detailed the car again for me. I have also been in for an oil change and was charged $25 for it and when I went back out to get the car, they had actually added on a car wash too, which I thought was pretty impressive and very generous.
